Satkohi Sons Accounts Reports

Terms of use

Last updated 19 October 2026

1. Who provides the app

Satkohi Sons Accounts Reports (the "app") is built and run by Satkohi Sons Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at info@satkohisons.co.uk.

2. What the app is for

The app is an internal tool. It connects to Satkohi Sons Ltd's own QuickBooks Online company and reads accounting data to produce financial reports and analysis for the company's management.

The app is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else. Only Satkohi Sons Ltd and the people it authorises (its directors, staff and advisers) may use it.

3. Read-only access

The app only reads data from QuickBooks Online. It does not create, change or delete records. QuickBooks Online remains the company's system of record.

4. Connecting and disconnecting

The app is connected only when a QuickBooks admin of Satkohi Sons Ltd approves access through Intuit. That admin, or any other admin of the company, can disconnect it at any time from the Apps section of QuickBooks Online. When the app is disconnected, its access stops straight away.

5. No warranty

The app is provided as it is, for internal use. Reports it produces depend on the data held in QuickBooks Online and should be checked against QuickBooks before being relied on for statutory accounts, tax returns or other filings.

6. Intuit

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit under Intuit's own terms. Intuit is not responsible for this app.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
